What SnapPrice is

SnapPrice is a web app for people who sell secondhand goods. You take a photo of an item. SnapPrice identifies it, pulls a median price from eBay sold comps, shows estimated list price, fees, and take-home across marketplaces, and can write a listing draft you paste into eBay, Vinted, Facebook, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, or Etsy.

It is not an appraisal service, not a mobile store listing, and not a cross-lister. There is no account password. Free means one lifetime scan, one listing draft, and two optimizer scans in that browser. Pro is $2.99/month. Business use is $49/month by email.

How a scan works

1

Photo

Upload or snap a picture. Optional title text helps. Pick a condition.

2

Sold comps

See a median from recent eBay sold listings, plus a range when the API returns one.

3

Fees

Compare estimated list and take-home so you can see which platform keeps more.

4

Listing drafts

Generate a title, description, item specifics, and a suggested price, then paste to list.

What else is on the site

Who built it

Craig Moye built SnapPrice in 2026 as a side project: React on Netlify, a Python/Flask API on Render, Stripe for Pro, eBay sold data, and vision for photo ID. He previously worked in seller marketing at eBay. This site does not publish a user count, star rating, or testimonial list.
